Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) is very important in our bodies' growth and development, the functions of our nervous system, production of blood cells and helping our body use carbohydrates and folic acid.

Everyone Needs Vitamin B complex

Every one of us need Vitamin B complex in our system, some more than others. For instance, pregnant and nursing mothers need more Vitamin B9 than others do. Deficiency in Vitamin B can result in tiredness, anemia, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, depression, muscle cramps, numbness or tingling in the legs and arms, poor growth in children, eczema and birth defects.
